Our personal training programs are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in an efficient manner. Utilizing the FITT Principle, your training with us will be personalized to meet your needs and get you the results you deserve. All of your workouts are in our private, designed just for you.

Kids Training

Group training for kids between the ages of 7 - 12 with one of our certified personal trainers for 30 - 45 minutes at our private fitness studio or local park. Spring, Summer and winter programs available.

Body Fat Testing

Learn your bodyfat percentage. This is great way for serious fitness goers to gauge their progress.
